These are 2 plots inside the village of Plaka. Each plot is 500 m2 and offers 200m2 each building allowance plus basements if required. The plots afford lovely views of the white mountains and from the 2nd floor views of the whole of Souda bay. An access path leads to the centre of the village. Plaka is a very popular village with plenty of tavernas/shops etc. The sandy beach of Almyrida is 2 minutes away.
