Six individual plots of land inside the village of Horafakia with spectacular sunset view and views over the sea and the white mountains of Crete. This land is ideally located between three natural gold sandy beaches: Kalathas beach, Tersanas beach and well known Stavros beach where last scene from “Zorba the Greek” was filmed
Each plot is 300 m2 and has a building allowance of 200m2. If preferred the plots can be adjoining if more land is required, ask for details.
The plot is inside the village of Horafakia, a small traditional village on the Akrotiri peninsula. A few cafes, taverns and mini markets are located only 200m from the land. A full range of amenities including large supermarkets, banks and pharmacies, bakeries.....are to be found in Kounoupidiana, just 5 minutes away by car.
