At Euroland-Crete we aim to take care of you. Our objective is to provide a quality new home backed up by a quality service. We will listen to and consider your needs at all times and are committed to helping you throughout your purchase and after you’ve moved in.

We will help by providing you with:

Professional sales and marketing

At all times throughout any sale we are committed to giving friendly, professional, knowledgeable advice with helpful open communication and clear truthful marketing and advertising.

Detailed information about your new home and our customer service

Prior to the sale we will review with you:

• Details of your new home including garden or plot and communal areas, location and site layout.
• Floor plans.
• A clear and fair contract stating terms and conditions of the sale including price.
• Specifications of the construction.
• Fixtures and fittings to be included.
• Type of heating system installed.

Assistance with choices and options available to you

Our experienced sales team can help you make the right design choices to personalize your new home.

Precisely what is available will depend on the stage of construction of your home when you buy it.

If you choose our design and build service they will take you through every step of the process, from finding and purchasing your desired land plot, designing your home with our in-house architects and then right through to the construction and completion.

Regular updates about the progress of construction, legal completion and handover dates

We will keep in regular contact and advise you of the progress on your new home. When you first reserve we will give you the date of completion. Before the completion of your home we will contact you and give you the final date that your home will be ready and we can officially handover the keys to you.

A demonstration of your new home when you move in

Once your home is ready, we will demonstrate your new home to you, ensuring that when you move in you know where everything is and how it works.
Amongst other things, we’ll explain:

• How to operate the heating, hot water and other systems.
• Where the main switches, electricity and water meters are located.
• How to run-in and maintain your new home.

Advice on our guarantee and after-sales

Although we hope there will be no problems after you have moved in to your new home, our commitment to you will continue. 

Your new home is an investment and to ensure that your moving-in period goes smoothly we provide a two year guarantee on defective workmanship and will repair defects under the terms of our warranty. Greek building regulations also ensure that your home is built to a certain standard which includes the main structure.

Health and Safety advice

The safety and well-being of you and your family is a paramount importance to us. A building site can be a dangerous place, especially for children who may see it as a playground. With this in mind, please follow this guidance when on site:

• Unaccompanied visits to construction sites are not allowed for any reason – access can only be arranged through a Euroland staff member.
• Fully comply with advice given by a Euroland staff member.
• Keep a safe distance from construction activity.
• Ensure that children are under your control and are not allowed access to the site.

Construction impact assessment

We have clear policies for minimizing adverse construction impacts on surrounding communities and the natural environment. During all of our constructions, careful consideration is given to the environment and local communities whilst taking steps to protect it and enhance it for future generations.
