All of our houses are sold with full contracts in English, detailing everything that is included and as an extra security, if you purchase a home before it is completed we include penalty clauses that protect you in the event of any delay in finishing.

We adhere to high standard building practices, complying at all times with Greek building regulations. While in the UK and throughout most of Europe, inspections of your home by qualified external engineers are compulsory during construction, these inspections are not compulsory in Crete and it is very much down to the individual building company to ensure that standards are adhered to. There is, therefore, plenty of corner-cutting that goes on to save money. We do not believe in such practices. We have our own qualified civil engineers and architects that monitor all of our homes during construction to ensure that our own high standards are always reached.
