Creativity and Style

At Euroland-Crete we have our own in-house architects, land and property experts who are all able to guide you through the entire process of finding your desired land and then designing and building you a superb new home. 

Our architects have many years' experience designing both new villas, houses, apartments, stone houses and traditional house renovations in Crete.  

We will invite you to meet with us and by using your needs and ideas, produce the designs for your new home that is in keeping with living in the warm Mediterranean climate that Crete enjoys. We will produce initial detailed designs including 3 dimensional interior and exterior views

Here at Euroland-Crete we always work closely with our clients to ensure that the homes that we build are designed so that they fit comfortably within the local environment and landscape.

Euroland-Crete pays great attention during the design stage as it is very important to plan a house so that the room layout works both ergonomically and at the same time allows the interior to be kept cool in the summer months.  As the Mediterranean lifestyle allows the majority of time to be spent outside, we design our homes with large patios and veranda areas which are thoughtfully positioned to maximize areas of light and shade throughout the day.

Drainage and guttering placement around all of our homes is considered very carefully from the onset to ensure that our houses are protected during the Winter months.

For that added luxury of a swimming pool, we are able to design and build all kinds of pools according to your individual taste. With choices ranging from fully tiled to pools built into the natural rock, you have the option to tailor make your own design and style. You can either choose one of our existing designs of swimming pool or by working closely with one of our creative architects have something very unique built in the grounds of your home. 

Making a House a Home

At Euroland-Crete we believe that your active participation in selecting the colours; materials; tiles; fittings and accessories is what makes every home we build unique. With imagination and creativity this is where you can really make your home your own. During the selection process you will be guided by one of our specialist advisors, who will consult with you on the many aspects of your home's interior and exterior. You will be able to select fixtures from ranges held in either our offices or at local specialist suppliers.

Here at Euroland-Crete we place a great importance on the finishing touches of our homes. One of the major reasons why we stand out from our competitors is our ability to design and produce beautifully landscaped gardens.

An attractive garden will enhance outdoor life and as with interior design, it needs to be suited to your taste and compliment the environment. We have specialist landscape gardeners who will discuss your concept of the garden and its layout with you and then provide computerised images to enable you to visualise the final look from the beginning.

Whether you require boundary wall;, fencing; terraced flower beds; pathways; ponds; fountains; exterior lighting or decorative wooden pergolas we are able to help.   

In addition to building new innovative homes and apartments, we also undertake restoration of stone village houses and Chania ‘old town’ properties.

We are well-experienced in renovating properties using traditional building methods and materials. Our renovation projects feature modern electrics and plumbing, resulting in a home with a traditional ambience and modern comforts.
