Simply tell us when you are travelling; we will arrange to meet you at the location of your choice and show you around the area.  We will take you to see properties that match your needs and visit one of our show houses so that you can see the finished product.  This will help you to see the high standards that we use with each of the homes that we build.
 
Living and working locally, all of our advisors speak fluent English; they are able to offer advice on all aspects of buying property and living in Crete, in an honest and open way.

Flight and accommodation bookings are organized and paid by the traveler.  Upon payment of 10% deposit to us for the purchase of property, the client issues us with the invoices for the hotel and airfare, which we will deduct directly from the deposit amount.
