At Euroland Crete we have our own in-house experienced architects who will help and guide you in every step towards creating your dream home in Crete, from the purchase of land, to the designing and building of a house that suits your needs and budget. Our aim always, is to design and build a unique house that is individually based on the demands of each of our clients, providing an exceptionally high standard to service from the very first meeting.

Our highly reputable architectural team consists of specialists who are well-poised to undertake architectural projects, prepare three dimensional and photographically represented models, take on interior design projects and supervise construction right down to the very last detail. We are passionate about Crete and the environment and we take all related aspects into account when designing and constructing your new home, to ensure it blends well with the local environment and landscape.

Major design and construction projects have been undertaken by our company in and around Chania, including public works, shopping centres, high rise city apartment blocks, traditional or modern homes, luxury villas and building renovations. Our clientele includes both local citizens and international clients.

How we work

You can rest assured that you will be provided with a full, complete service, from the initial planning of your house, to the final date of completion.

• We help you find land in your preferred location to build your dream home and provide guidance as to its suitability, from an architect's point of view.
• We draw up a proposed architectural design to suit your needs, budget and the selected plot, giving you a detailed costing.
• If you wish to proceed, we assist with the legal matters of the land purchase.
• We secure the building permit.
• We provide you with a detailed timetable of the construction work.
• Our fully qualified civil engineers and quality control managers supervise the building process at all stages.
• We produce regular progress reports throughout the construction process.
• We provide insurance cover for the house throughout the build and take care of all relevant procedures and documents such as payment of building taxes, VAT, I.K.A. (Greek Social Security).
• We submit all documentation and applications to connect electric and water to the property.
• Once the project is completed, we remain at your service or if you wish to make any changes or additions to your house.
• We guarantee your house for two years against defective workmanship. The main frame of the house is guaranteed for life.
• We can provide a complete property maintenance / management service, if you are away from Crete.
