We include a full 2 year warranty to ensure that you have peace of mind when buying one of our homes. All of our houses are sold with full contracts, in English, detailing everything that is included and as an extra security, if you purchase a home before it is completed we include penalty clauses that protect you in the event of any delay in finishing.
We want you to be as proud of your home as we are and to ensure that your first year is hassle free we include swimming pool maintenance free of charge for an entire year after our homes are finished.

We have a solid reputation throughout Europe for building high quality homes in Crete backed by a proven track record. We use the best quality materials and fittings available in Crete, keep up with the latest styles and building developments and import materials from all over the world. We adhere to high standard building practices, complying at all times with Greek building regulations. N.B. In the UK and throughout most of Europe, inspections of your home by qualified external engineers are compulsory during construction. These inspections are not compulsory in Crete and it is very much down to the individual building company to ensure that standards are adhered to. There is, therefore, a huge amount of poor workmanship and corner-cutting that goes on to save money. We do not believe in this way of building our homes. We have our own qualified civil engineers and architects that monitor all of our homes during construction to ensure that our own high standards are always reached.
